Biographie Pepega is pronounced as peh-peh-guh. Basically it is a viral internet slang and used to refer someone or something that is ‘stupid’ or ‘dumb’. Pepega is spammed in Twitch chtas when a streamer does something stupid, calling someone pepega means insulting their intelligence. In other terms pepega is a Twitch Emote, featuring a distorted image of pepe the frog. Which is used to ironically express something that is ‘stupid’ or ‘idiot’.
